Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Variations to the agreed scope (additional works, changes in specification, unforeseen ground or structural conditions) may result in additional charges, which will be agreed with you before the work is carried out wherever reasonably practicable.

6. Enquiries and Contact Form

Submitting an enquiry via the contact form does not create a contract. We will use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry in accordance with our Privacy Policy. To help prevent spam, submissions may be rate-limited and/or filtered using anti-bot measures.

7. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on the Site is accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free. Project galleries are examples of previous work and should not be relied on as a representation of work to be carried out for you. Where you engage us to carry out building work at your home, you may have a statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Full cancellation details will be provided with your quotation and contract.

We aim to provide a high standard of service and workmanship. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us at info@pblewisbuilders.co.uk so that we can investigate and respond. We are members of recognised industry bodies (City & Guilds, NICEIC, Gas Safe Register, NHBC) and follow their respective standards and complaints procedures where applicable.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
